If the BCA and BCS are working properly, and you don't have belt slip, it's physically impossible to have too little boost. Dielectric grease won't 'fry' anything. VATS won't allow the car to even crank. There are two ground busses. Did you check them on both sides of the car?

Don't forget that the GXP will be more expensive in terms of fuel due to the poor mileage in comparison to the SSEi. If you are performance-minded, the money put into the SSEi will easily spank the GXP in most performance categories.

Then you have either a bad alternator, battery, or both. The demands you listed are not enough to overcome a 300 amp alternator. My 160 amp could drive that list with no problem.
