Coolant reservoir tank level
I feel really stupid asking this question, but what is the proper level for the coolant in the overflow tank?
Not sure why I don't understand the markings, but it says "full cold do not overfill" on TOP of the tank.
No mark that I can see on SIDE of tank where most other tanks have a line to ...

Just in case anyone else has this issue;
They have the motor at autozone with lifetime warranty for $140 something.
Going to give it a shot.

How about a reputable place to order the motor from?

Did the bleach damage it?
This may sound odd, but my favorite cleaning solvent is brakekleen. YES! It works. The main ingredient in brakekleen is the same thing dry cleaners use.
And yes, we've even used it on our furniture when the kids have spilled something.

Trunk Carpet for 2004 GXP
Wife got a turkey and dripped raw turkey juice all in trunk. Took carpet out and sprayed down with bleach but I am looking for a replacement.
Is there a place(besides dealer) that sells the original factory carpet? Briefly checked a couple and couldn't find.

Radio display led's burnt out again.
Stock Monsoon radio was replaced 3 years ago with refurbished one for exact same problem of led's burning out.(partial display)
Just wondering if anyone has the stock navi unit and if it's worth looking for, or just go aftermarket. Need a user friendly radio/GPS/Bluetooth.

Ok. Guess ill axe the silver stars. Although in my Durango they are going on 3 years. They look white, not blue at all. Maybe it's a different design, can't remember. And they really do seem brighter, especially in the rain, lol.
Any other preferred brand? Or is Sylvannia standard 3100k ok?

Noticed a headlight and tail light out on the wife's car.
Noticed during the day, so it was the daytime running light out on the headlight. Is the actual headlight beam used at night the same bulb?
Also the right tail light bulb is out. I think it's on, on low, bat as you hit the brakes, the ...

Re: Radio is not shutting off
I had this exact issue. It is the "door actuator switch".
It was intermittent also.
Sometimes I would have to re-shut the door to get the radio off.
Part was $240 but luckily i still had my extended warranty

Battery swapped and all good.
Autozone tried to say the stock battery was different then the one I had. It was shorter in length and the vent tubes would not have fit(without modification). But after he looked at the number on my battery, he was able to find the exact size battery. Except it was ...

Ok, after a 1/2 hour the battery is dead again. Can't imagine there is anything draining it.... Will remove and replace with new one. Autozone has one in stock for $159.

Wife stopped, went into store for about 15 min. Came out and car would not start.
I went to help and classic signs of not enough power to start car. Radio buzzing in and out, dim lights, and a funny noise when trying to start the car.
Hooked jumpers up and it started right up. Drove for less ...
