I wanted to put an after market radio in my truck, is it set up where I have to purchase an adapter to keep the door chimes and what not working? It's a basic stock truck, no power windows, locks, or mirrors. Thanks

Hey Guys & Girls, I was looking to purchase a new rearview mirror for my g/f's truck. Assuming the plug's match up for power, do I need anything else speical for a mirror with the compass feature? The mirror will have the compass, outside temp, and auto dim. Thanks for any and all help / advice!
