Does anyone know how to program the mileage into the instrument cluster?

Where can I get a replacement for Q5 on the instrument cluster? I broke the transistor while trying to modify the board. The old transistor says 6300 n245. I'm having trouble finding a replacement online.

Has to be more to it than that. Maybe a cold solder joint on a stepper motor circuit, but all of them and the PRNDL, and the DIC?
