OK I know that this is an old thread, but I am having a similar issue. When I turn on the left blinker no light on the dash. Are there two fuses for the blinkers? If so, Which ones?

Your elements (likely the seat) are shot. You'll need to get the kit from GM and tear down the seat. It it actually very easy to do, and the kit is relatively reasonable ($80.00).

OK, I need some links about the IM shaft. I was just out to the "other" Bonneville site and it is down (what's going on there? IDK), but there were part numbers and links that I am going to need to repair this issue on the 03 SSEi. Any one help here?
