Re: Squeal when turning right
Yeah the hubby decided to pay someone else to do it as he's busy fixing the foundation of the house and building the deck.....my back and knees are to far gone for me to do it myself.

Re: P0171 and P0440 - revisited
I too had the P0440 code just weeks before my car was due for it's 2 year
admission check (cash grab). I had this same problem a few years ago and
the guys here helpped me with it. Turns out my gas cap wasn't on tight, but
as for the admission check the gas cap finally had to be replaced.

Re: Squeal when turning right
Well took the bonne to the front end guys and it turns out it wasn't the wheel bearing, it was the back brakes (rotors and pads). I find this funny because i never felt anything with my brakes and the only thing noticeable was the squeal when i made a right hand turn. Turns out when i made the ...

Squeal when turning right
Hi all
The last few days i've noticed a somewhat loud squeal coming from the tire
on the front passenger side. I'm thinking it's a wheel bearing and will take it
to the front end guy on Monday but thought i'd ask here to see if it could
be something else. It doesn't make any noise when i make left ...

Re: GM discontinues Pontiac
We are still making weatherstrip for the 95 Lumina and Monte Carlo. We don't run large quantities of
it but at least 2 times a year with about 400 car sets.

Sweet! Love that car.....I looked at the same one in Milton at Wallace Pontiac a few weeks ago. They had the same car in the V6 for about $27k, but my job at Cooper isn't stable right now. But if we get this new job with Cami, i may have to drop in to the dealer.....

My bonne is at the dealers as we speak for a tune up and oil sender switch. I also wanted the valve cover gaskets done as mine do leak. The dealer told me to wait a couple weeks on the gaskets as a recall is coming with in said couple weeks.....

Ah ok, thanks Black.
I was asking because my valve cover is leaking, and before i fix it wanted to know
if it was a recall.

Recalls
A friend of mine has a 2002 Pontiac 40th anniversay GP. He's recieved a recall on his car for valve cover gasket. I guess they tend to leak oil onto the manifold and could cause i fire. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is only the 2002 and newer 3800's? and does anyone have a link or web ...
