for what its worth i replaced the Goodyear RSAs with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus, have gotten about 20k miles on them and they appear maybe half wore but the performance, handling in wet or dry is much superior to the RSAs, no not cheap but reasonable and they are Michelins, i like the tread ...

mid grade or premium gas
anyone have thoughts on whether i need to use mid grade 89 octane or premium in my 04 gxp? it seems to run fine on mid grade but just wondered? thanks robb in va

my 04 GXP just tripped 94k, runs great, never an oil issue, have been running conventional Castrol GTX for extended mileage cars, religous about changing oil and filter every 3-4k, i am alittle hesitant to change to synthetic at this stage of the engine's life, ie rumors about developing leaks once ...

my 04 GXP does not have heated seats, appears to be only option it doesnt have, has anyone ever checked into how much it might cost to convert to heated seats, i am assuming cheapest way would be to buy seats off ebay. well i am one of the unlucky ones, i have had my 04 gxp for almost 3 years and have replaced bulbs on each side probably four or five times, lost count. ended up replacing harness thinking that might help ($300), not took it to another shop last week to have bulb replaced and they said the housing ...
