Re: Removing Supercharger Pulley Question
Thanks for the info. I may have access to this tool for free locally but if not wouldn’t it be easier just to replace with the nose cone form my other motor? Just unbolt and swap right?

Removing Supercharger Pulley Question
How can you get the pulley off for replacement, it’s making noise. We tried a normal puller but had enough pressure on it the pulley started to bend. Do I have to buy a special tool or is there a simpler way? Tired of all my questions yet? I really do use the search function first but the right ...

Re: Reverse Vibration FIXED
Definitely the front motor mount. I put it on the lift last night and found that when we installed the front mount the top of the mount against the engine was not all the way on the pin so it was not tight. I remove the entire bracket except where it bolts to the pan and made sure to jack up the ...

Re: Reverse Vibration
Drove on the highway for the first time since the engine swap and had the vibration anything over 60-65. I'm not sure I got the mount that goes from the pan to the block all the way on the top pin. I think this might cause vibration. I will take it off tomorrow and adjust, hopefully this will take ...

What would cause a vibration in reverse only. When I shift to R with foot on the brake I notice a vibration. doesn't seem to happen at any other time.

Re: Opinions on engine removal?
Not sure how you remove in an hour but got it done and a replacement put in without too many problems. Ended up getting a P102 code and replaced the mass air and it seems fine now. Now I have a bunch of parts for sale.

Opinions on engine removal?
What tips, advice or experiences do you guys have with engine removal for a 2001 SSEI. Purchased a new motor and getting ready to install. I have removed a cradle before to replace a tranny in a 00 GTP and I have also taken the motor out of the top of the 00 GTP. Almost seems to me even though I’m ...

Re: Spun Bearing help
We can do our own repairs, luckily I have a friend with a lift, a lot of tools and knowledge (or I use to have a buddy). I may just want to fix and sell the car but don’t want to screw the next person. I want to fix it right. The car rides and drives great! Should I just replace with a used one ...
