The only code I have is bank 1 sensor 2 O2 sensor and when I disconnect the egr the car won't start period. But of hooked back up it starts

I put egr in the title because every place I've taken it said its the egr valve but I don't want to spend a 100 and some dollars and that not be it. I also just replaced the crankshaft position sensor a few months back.

I own a 00 bonneville ssei and before it got cold it would be hard to start then when the weather got cold up here it starts right up and sometimes when coming off a freeway ramp you hit the gas and the car loses all power then goes back to normal after a second or two.

Iv used plasti dip alot and i usually put about 4 coats on each rim then when i go to peel it comes off easy

i only painted the wheels and trim with plasti dip to protect it from the salt in winter because i live by pittsburgh then i can peel the black off, other then that my car looks like this but with black center caps because the grey ones were faded from the previous owner not taking care of the car ...
