Re: Couple updated pictures of my Camaro

00beast- I agree. Everytime I try to picture my wheels black, it doesnt seem to be as good as the chrome. I'll most likely leave them and buy a set of drag wheels eventually to put on for the weekends. :)

Haha I love my catfish. :P I need to start growing my mullet out lol.

That would look good, I'll keep that in mind.

@DCJREDLINE Thanks! I think pewter is my favorite, but I love this color as well.

Probably a gunmetal color, but I feel it would take away from the look. A high gloss black isn't out of the question either.

mattstrike: They're 18's.

I keep going back and forth on whether I want to paint them or not, but I love them when they're clean.

Re: Couple updated pictures of my Camaro

Thank you sir! :)

My fist love was the camaro and they are silk dear to my heart, I had a 93 and 94.

I love mine, I had wanted one since I was at least 13. It was pretty much an attainable dream car. I used to browse ls1tech dreaming of owning one. :jester:

Love the location ...

Couple updated pictures of my Camaro

It's been a while since I've been on the forum, so I thought I'd post an update on the Camaro...and I really love these photos haha. The Bonneville is still the same, been giving all my love to the Camaro lol. Lowered it a while back and put on an SLP lid(dont have a photo) still looking for seats ...

Thanks guys!

@dadofone2011 - I would definitely fix it for a daily! I can't see me ever getting rid of mine, haha.

@1oldman - You talking about my wheels? That would definitely be a good look. I've been wanting to go with some wheels similar to booze or yourgrandma. Idk about 19's, but I think 18 ...

Re: Hit a deer....

You got very lucky with that one. Glad to see the only damage was the headlight. I hit one last year going 70 in my SE, it was totaled but I was in auto body at the time so I fixed it myself. They paid me right highest amount they could give me and I was able to keep it from totaling out.

Be lucky ...

Re: What did you do to your car today?

Thursday I installed the blower motor on the Bonneville(such a pain, I had the old style unfortunately), and Friday I replaced the starter on the Camaro. I also have the rear valve cover gasket laying around that I need to get put on, did the front but haven't gotten around to the back.

Re: Blower motor question

Well, I got it in and looked the part over, and if I remember correctly, it did say that it was made in the US. I would have to double check though since I didn't write it down or anything. The starter works so much better than the other did when it worked though! lol

Re: Blower motor question

Alright, that's what I was thinking, and went ahead and ordered the one that looks like mine.

Sirius: Hmm didn't know that. Ordered a ACDelco starter for the Camaro, gonna have to check that out. Only reason I try to go with ACDelco or Delphi is to put closest to OEM as possible unless I'm upgrading.

Blower motor question

Finally got my blower motor out. :banghead: Now to buy one, but first I have a question; will this acdelco one from rockauto work? It looks like a second gen with a first gen housing...or will i have to buy one that looks exactly like the one I have? I have the first gen motor btw.

New question: Does Rock Auto not sell the Delphi blower motor anymore? All I see is the ACDelco and I read that the Delphi is cheaper and actually the OE part :dontknow:

Thats what I was thinking on the head gasket lol. I'll be doing those two gaskets this weekend along with the blower motor. Already put the aluminum elbows in when I did the LIM. :)

Noticed an oil leak(Fixed) New question about blower motor

Well my Bonneville has been sitting for about a week or so due to my blower motor being out (Alabama heat SUCKS) and I went to drive it down the road and back and noticed oil burning off somewhere so I popped the hood and it was dripped all over the front exhaust manifold. Im pretty sure its the ...

Those look really good! They remind me of the Z06 Spyder Replicas on my Camaro.

I really want wheels for my Bonneville haha.
