So this past week my Trans began to slip out of no where and I dont know what caused it or how to fix it.
The fluid is good and it happens after first gear from cruising speed with soft acceleration, and above 3 grand all the way to 5.
And this transmission has already been rebuilt once.
Any help ...

motor mounts?
2001 Bonneville SSEI
I want to replace my motor mounts but I only know where one is. If someone could tell me where the other ones are that would be greatly appreciated. And has anyone put in solid mounts? If so would like to know about that too.
All help is appreciated everyone
Thanks

What Struts did you upgrade with along with your springs?
KYB AGX Adjustables?

I followed you until the last part. Can you elaborate on that please.yourgrandma wrote:So they can calibrate their height and rate off of that. It would save you a lot of headache to just ask for the same springs as one of us who has already gone back and forth a few times.

The quote I got from customsprings.com was 450 total front and rear, at -1.5 with a 25% increase in stiffness.
Does anyone know why they need my stock oem spring part number????

Re: lowering my 01?
Yeah I went to customsprings.com and got a quote for about 450 for front and back. Just looking at my wheel well and it doesnt look like there is much room. So I have to measure. But knowing what other people of done helps a lot.

Re: help on fwi install
The computer has caught up to the colder air coming through so it is a lot better from when I first installed it and it rain like a tired dog.
Not a big gain or truly noticeable, responds a lot better, and a few friends of mine felt a small difference in the body roll of the car.
Anymore questions ...
