car full without breaking get the lens off , it’s hard but patience , then buy some JB clear weld , scuff the black plastic with a sandpaper to allow it to bond better , then lather up the plastic and lens , more on the black plastic , then clamp , and i mean clamp tons of them to get rid of the air bubbles , do not clamp too hard tho or it. will crack

got pics? I've tried what you're talking about and it looks horrible, especially on the horizontal black lines

My car had been sitting outside for a long time and both taillight lenses eventually got rainwater in them (a lot of rainwater -- one turn-signal bulb was actually half-full of water itself). I didn't want to do more damage by trying to pry the lenses apart because I could see they were not going to let go without a fight. I finally resolved the problem by leaving each light assembly intact and just drilling a weep hole at the lowest point of the bottom of the housing to let out any internal moisture. It didn't need to be a very big hole; I think mine are 3/16" or so.

(I did give them a thorough drying out while they were off the car to have the weep holes drilled. I rinsed them out with clean water through the socket holes, and set them face-up over a floor air vent in our house to run warm air through them for a few hours. All good now.)
