Year and Trim: 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP

Is it possible to obtain and replace the right & left rear wheel wells and shock towers without having to replace the whole quarter panel?
Are the wheel wells and shock towers integrated into the quarter panels and only available with a new or used quarter panel?
I was hoping to just get the sheet metal parts, cut out the old ones and weld in the new ones without having to cut out and replace the entire quarter panels.
