2000 SE w/ standard (manual) HVAC. Cool on pass. side. Frost downstream of orifice tube.

When I press the defrost button, the left side acuator shaft rotates and move the white linkage for the defroster.

Where might the problem lie? Only hot air blows from driver's vents.

Installed new white orifice tube & charged system.
Hi/lo pressures = 215/40 psi @ 90F ambient.
Removed glove box interior.
Blend door actuactor moves incrementally in response to my turning the cool/heat knob incrementally.
Pass. side vents blow 60 degree F air.
