How Can I fix this issue? I tried asking on Facebook but that didn’t help much. The sunroof switch when use works but when I use it, there is a buzzing noise. Window won’t move at all.

Some plastic part of the track assembly is broken, jamming it up. There is no fix other than replacement of the entire assembly, which requires removal of the headliner, interior trim and likely the seats.

It is possible to leave them in there, but you'll probably damage your headliner trying to remove it.

I've had my headliner out several times with the seats in. There is a technique to it, and it comes out the right rear door. As Andrew says, there is a risk of damage if not done exactly correctly. Part of this is that both front seats need to be in just the right position. If you are looking at the side of the right rear door opening from outside, you need to adjust the front passenger seat to maximize the size of the opening from the top left to the bottom right (where the front seat back and 'B' pillar form a "V". In or out, make sure you have clean hands when touching the headliner (especially with the taupe interior).

Red arrow shows area where the headliner needs to pass through. Adjust seat accordingly. Help is never bad to support the headliner while it's being turned and moved.

For the 5-10 minutes it takes to remove the seats, you'll save that time in trying to get it out undamaged.

It may not take long to get the seats out, but when you're old like me and your back hurts from carrying rotund people your whole career, speed isn't everything and taking the time to be super careful is worth it ;)
