My 2004 car occassionally stalls when I shift from drive to reverse when warm or partially warm. Has anyone heard of this problem?

I found information on it on a gmforum thread here https://www.gmforum.com/2000-2005-90/2004-sle-stalls-shifting-into-reverse-246316/
Also carcomplains.com has it listed here http://www.carcomplaints.com/Pontiac/Bonneville/2004/tsbs/

It is described as NHTSA ID 10006623 - TSB # 01835: 3.8L L36 ENGINE- LOW IDLE OR GARAGE SHIFT STALL

Carcomplaints.com asks for your money if you click the link to find out how to fix it. Does anyone have any experience with this website or know if they actually have information on how to fix it?

It appears by the gmforum.com thread that people could go to the dealer with the TSB number and get their car fixed if they could replicate the problem with a mechanic. Is the car too old now for the dealer to do anything about it? Someone in the thread mentioned that it is a software update for what it's worth.

PS. I have a Buick Lesabre but same car mostly.

EDIT: My Tech II scanner also shows no transmission codes or otherwise.
