What's the difference between the ZZP hub and the hub you have on there now? The size? Where is the new one from?

The difference in the hub is the bolt pattern & size and i think the ZZP hub weighs slightly more, not that the slightet bit of weight will matter. ZZP bolts weigh more too.
Same for pulleys, I think the ZZP Pulley weighs much more.
Pulley Boys/Smoothflow on the left.
ZZP pulley on the right.

Ok, I kinda figured that it was a Smoothflow pulley. They're also backwards compatible, IIRC.

Smoothflow and pulleyboys are compatiable with each other but ZZP is not compatiable with the others.

Thomas, did you catch the talk about plugging the EGR hole on the previous page?

Yes sir I did, that's why i was calling you and Jared hole fillers.. and i was asking for pics..
it makes sense to me that the hole should be filled from inside the inlet and not the bottom of the hole. I don't have a tig and unfourtunately i have the blower put back together but... i did have an idea of fabbing up a chunk of metal to cover I couldinstall it with self tapping screws then grind the heads off the screws. what-cha think?

Even with the blower together, you can use a very strong piece of tape in the inlet that will take on the right shape, and pour JB weld in from underneath with the blower upside down. A little light sanding by hand on the inside is all you'd need with a rag stuffed up in the inlet before the compressor chamber.

Well I couldn't find any pictures of my Gen V and these are the best I can come up with in the Gen III that we filled and started to blend. These are before it was finished though.

I can't find the finished pics of Pdad's. Although I think I shot at least one down the pipe during the install if I can find that one. But it looks identical to Paul's above.

And a shameless plug:
