My Radiator is leaking and needs replaced.

Soooo....has anyone actually done this (read the brainstorming thread already). it looks as though you need the Radiator & overflow tank since the tank is pressurized...I didn't find a write-up on it. any special considerations/instructions/hints or other parts that need purchased?

And Pretty Please, before I get lectured on how I don't need an upgrade, I live in Texas and the car see's 115+ degree ambient temps in the summer...I want a bigger radiator.

I'm not opposed to doing a write-up on the process, I just can't afford my vehicle to be down for a week waiting on a part I should have ordered but didn't know was needed for the conversion.

If you're looking for an upgrade option, just get a GXP radiator with thick core and have your SSEi plastic endcaps transferred onto the GXP radiator. Any radiator shop can do this.
