Happens sometimes after a hard accelerate. But yet I don’t see any fuel. It sat for a while (4 yrs). Wondering if the evap canister might have a problem. Any suggestions helpful.

Another question I have is - Can a CV axle that has slack in the rotational direction of the wheel cause wheel hop like it’s out of balance? I checked mine the other day when I changed the wheel hub and there was a small amount of slack.

the only way that I can think of gasoline smell getting into your trunk is that, you either have a hole somewhere or the fuel tank door is not sealed correctly. have you gotten your fuel pump changed or have any rust holes?

I did change the pump recently and the new one didn’t come with a new o ring gasket :dontknow: so I used the old one. Thinking I should get another. Also I had to drop the tank because of an accidental puncture from self tapping screws when my friend installed the anchors from my subwoofer box (neither one of us knew how close the tank was).
But I see no fuel dripping anywhere.

As far as the wobble is concerned… I think that’s attributed to my rear mount being loose.

add a little bit of silicone to the screws holding your sub. and also add some to the door to acces the fuel pump.
