I have a 2003 SSEI I recently purchased. My plan is to go no smaller than a 3.6" pulley but don't know what I need to get there safely. I am going daily this car during college so I am keeping as reliable as possible but it will not see snow as I have a winter beater. It is currently in stock however my uncle has bought me a ZZP down pipe for Christmas. I have heard that the L67 engine loves exhaust mods and am thinking about purchasing the ZZP front power log but am not fully committed. I have heard that it is a good idea to run spark plugs a heat range colder than factory but don't know if they are necessary. Anything at all would help a great deal thank you for taking the time to read this.

Welcome!

Yeah, one range colder copper plug would be good. Make sure your fuel pressure is good, and going down in pulley size will be a good upgrade. Get a CAI if you want to really hear the sc whine.

I'm pretty happy with my front power log.

It was easy to install and felt like it woke up the car a little for sure.

I also have spark plugs one heat range colder and the car seems to like it. And I'm still on the stock pulley. Although that may change next year...

Thank you, do you have a cold air intake that you would recommend?

When you got your power log did you feel the need to get a tune I have been told that you should get one?
