Where/who could i send it to have it checked to be sure it's functioning within specs? I ask this because every time i changed the plugs, they have a pinkish-brown tint on the insulator. Indicating a lean condition from what i have read.

Any help and advice is appreciated.

How does the car feel? Does it drive normally and feel like it has okay power? No CEL lights or codes?

You would want to get a scan tool that's capable of looking at fuel trims to see if it's pulling or adding fuel.

I have gotten only one CEL code P0420- catalytic converter operating below efficiency.

Short of that, it runs sound.

Checked trim on upstream sensor....... Has the ....|''''|.... Pattern and is within voltage specs. The downstream sensor......well that's questionable. It would come on after bout a thousand or more miles after install. Then again i have a heavy foot. I hear no pinging though.... Except when i have a mysterious shutdown : will post in another thread.

What are your LTFTs at idle and constant speed cruise?

:dontknow: don't have access to car or scan tool to check the numbers. What would be nominal readings?

As close to 100% as possible. It's basically the long term fuel adjustment memory. Greater that 100 is adding fuel and less than is taking fuel out.
