Hey i'm looking to change my rear drum breaks on my 94' SE, I was wondering if any other members have done this, and what kind of price range I would be looking at.

It has been done, by member MattStrike, but it involved custom machined brackets, and I can't remember if he ever got the parking brake to work. Probably did, but I can't remember for certain.

It's doable without custom machining.

performance-brainstorming/topic39657.html

Cliffnotes: you need a set of rear disc brake calipers and brackets from a Cadillac, front rotors from a '86-'91 H-body, will need to weld to retain the e-brake, and an aftermarket adjustable proportioning valve (completely remove the old ones). The adjustable valve is needed to fine tune the front/rear bias so the rears don't lockup before the fronts.

If I were to do this again, I'd try to use the '00+ rear calipers if I could get away with a simple waterjet part. But the Cadillac brakes are kinda overkill as it is so no real complaints here.

I'm the #2 guy to do it. Only custom work is creating a simple bracket for the e-brake cable. Granted when applied the force is weak, but its better than nothing, and its legal.

I have pics posted on the FB group which I can repost here for you later tonight so you get ideas.
