After researching some I decided to go with an intercooler rather than water/meth injection. I am going to make the intercooler my self using Phenolic also. Being that my intake is not removed from the engine, what size of pieces do I need for the blanks? I was thinking of a 24"x24" piece would get top and bottom?

When I was going to do an inercooler I was going to use 2 phenolic spaces from zzp and then trim them to fit a heater core from a ford windstar. That way it would already be cut out for the supercharger.

Yeah I think they stopped making them actually. I just noticed they were still out of stock. They were out of stock when I was going to do my engine swap.

well ZZP never responded to whether or not they still sell the 1" phenolic spacer plates. I was going to get two of them to make an I/C. So assuming they dont have them anymore I am going to buy either sseilmnops' phenolic I/C at 549 or wbodystores at 499.00 for a nice aluminum one. The aluminum one looks as nice as zzp but does not say how thick it is and for less money. http://www.wbodystore.com/intercooling/ ... n-3-5.html
