Year and Trim: 1993 Bonneville SSEi
Would I be hurting more then helping if I were to move to
a colder plug in preperation for a smaller pulley before I actually bought the pulley, if so what plug would be suggested, thanks.

You should be able to go a heat range colder for now, but don't pulley down till you scan for KR to see what you are working with.

No, it won't hurt anything except your fuel mileage, which won't be much.

Definitely scan b4 swapping pulley.

I would actually reccomend dropping a heat range , it helps the engine burn todays ethanol enriched gasolines..
