just got ahold of a 2004 3800 upper end heads lim mainfolds upper intake injectors and fuel rail im intrested in how much of this will be usefull to me on my 99 what works and what wont and will i gain anything if i swap if possible any info will be very usefull i got the parts for free so im not out anything i will just sell the stuff

Please try to use punctuation and proper sentence structure. Your post is pretty frustrating to read.

It will gain you pretty much nothing. You should replace your upper intake manifold with a Dorman or APN, and replace your lower intake gaskets with the new aluminum framed design before those inferior parts cause you a motor failure. It's very common, and every L36 engine like yours needs to do this and get rid of the DEX-cool.

It's not worth the additional cost to add the L26 UIM (only part that's different/somewhat usable) as it will cost you more to buy the adapters and other parts to make it work than it will to buy the upgraded manifold that will actually fix the weak point in your car.

thank you 00beast for a straight answer i appreciate it greatly so the only diffrence is basically the upper intake? i mainly wanted the heads and lower intake manifold and exhaust manifolds so i can pnp

They're all the same, but the LIM is a better casting, and the L36 leaves a lot to be desired.

There's really no need to port the heads, it's too much hassle to swap them for the little gain you'd get. You'll be much better off with valvetrain mods.

You need to have the front exhaust manifold welded before you can P&P it.

Unless you're going with a cam or rockers, porting the heads may actually hurt performance rather than help.
