im looking at the camaro v6 style mufflers, and they have 2 different ones 12277 and 14277. are either of those the ones everyone seems to use? thanks.

Yes, but the difference between those two part numbers you posted is that the 14277 muffler is polished, the 12277 isn't.

i can get the satin version from advance auto parts for $93!!, guess ill probly go that route

For my car, I got the 12266. I didnt feel I should pay a premium for a polished muffler that will not get noticed unless its up on the lift, and wont be the first thing people will notice anyway.
