Your problem (and the primary reason everyone will say NO) is that there is no PCM support for the GXP. You won't be able to tune for it.

Tuning the PCM is the hurdle that is the tough thing to get past.

Wanna hear S/C whine? Get an SSEi or an STS-V.

Something like a megasquirt or other standalone engine management system would be all you could do, and then you'd have to use a nonelectronic trans I would think.

not sure if it would work with the 4t65, but you could ask. Looks like it'd be a high dollar operation to add a blower if you are using a standalone engine management and standalone trans controller.

Northstar runs the 4T80E. I highly doubt that controller would run either trans.

Interesting that you put "better" plug wires on it, considering that the Northstar has no wires, as it's a coil on plug design. What plugs did you use that are "better"?

Since I've been looking at magnums, one technique used with turbos before the code went public was a ninth injector.

I wouldn't rule out the controller. It may not be intended for it, but as with the general electronic and semi-electronic transmissions. It's Solenoid A on Solenoid B off, or any combination in between for the different gears. The thing that I'd be questioning is the PWM for the TCC(venturing a guess that GM stuck with PWM for TCC). That question would be best left to the people who made the controller.

Thanks for correcting me on which transmission the Northstar is coupled with. I wonder why they would put a 4T65 behind the LS4.... seems backward, but I'm not an engineer.

Not to completely hi-jack, but I think it's mostly because the 4T80E steals a lot of power, and they wanted to get as much to the ground as possible.

Probably cost and packaging in the W body, the 4T80 isn't small, and they have different mounts. The LS4 has a smoother powerband, it gets into the torque a little easier than the supercharged cars the 4T65-HD was designed for.
