Correct. None. The fabrication involved isn't worth the result.

Well, sorta. There was one dome once, but it involved a compete frame/drive train swap with a caprice I believe. No one here did it, but it was an article online somewhere with pics.

Depends on the person. But it is alot of work to get it done right.

If you were doing it just to do it, then I say go for it. But if you're doing it to sell, then no way. Then it's definitely not worth it. But if it's just for personal enjoyment, then by all means do it.

Yea you probably wont make any money off of it if your planning on selling.

I saw the article, I think it was on a "High Performance Pontiac". It was done by GM on a 90's Bonneville. & it had a LT1 under the hood.

The Caprice combo is what I was thinking. I can't afford to do it anyway, but I wouldn't be doing it other than for having a personal sleeper. The project loses much lucrativeness when you consider that it would have to be emissions-legal and that eliminates many possibilities.
