I just placed the order for the wheel spacers. I tried getting them locally but nobody around here knows what hub centric means. I had one place tell me just put three of the universal ones on each wheel. Scary thought knowing that so many cars with "custom" wheels are driving around like that.

It took a month, but I finally got shipping confirmation on the spacers. Pads are now ordered. Just have to pick up a rotor and banjo bolts and I should be all set. Matt has some studs I can use that look to be the correct length. Should have this done before June.

I guess a little late, but AutoAnything.com was having a good sale on parts for Brembo setups. My backs are nearly down to the indicators, so I ordered some PowerStop rotors and Hawk HPS 5.0 pads for RPO J56. It was 10% off the rotors, and I think 15% off the pads, and another 15% off any order $150 or more.

Getting ready to do this in the next couple days. I noticed that the bleeders are going to face down if I keep them left and right as per the part numbers say they'd be on the CTS. As far as I can tell the only difference between them is the location of the bleeders. I heard the bleeders need to face up so would I just have to mount them on the opposite side?

Yes, 100% swap em. They caliper and tie rod end locations on the RWD setups are reversed due to having the steering rack forward of the knuckle.
The bleeders need to be pointing up.

Agreed, bleeders need to be up and the crossover tube on the bottom.

So I have another snag, I was sitting here and I tried the banjo bolt by hand just to see how the lines attach and it appears that the bolt may be too long. When it stops turning by hand the hose moves up and down just slightly, like the bolt would only need another quarter turn. Looks like I'll have to find some that are a bit shorter. The ones I have now are Dorman 13912.

EDIT....I just needed to tighten them up with a wrench, they go all the way in no problem.

So does anyone know if the transfer tube can swap with the bleeders? If I mount these with the bleeders facing up the hoses are too short. I need this working tonight as I'm at matts and my car is apart.

Figured it out, they do swap so now it'll work like it's supposed to.

Well they are on and so far so good, there are a couple small issues that I need to sort out but nothing that can't be taken care of.

I have V decals coming for the calipers, they just didn't show up in time. The silver was too chipped up to leave them like that.

I'd like to make a note of something. THE F BODY CALIPER BOLTS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR THIS! The bolts didn't have enough thread and one of them pulled out on me and the caliper jammed inside the wheel, locking it up. Thankfully I was only going 10 mph at the time. The bolts that hold the hub assembly to the knuckle have the correct thread and are plenty long for this. I recommend getting these bolts instead. The one on the top is what it calls for but is not correct. The bottom two are what is needed.
