I bought the stage II Alternator Voltage Booster from ZZP but didn't realize this doesn't fit my bonneville. So it's new and unused. Sells for $26 on thier website for the stage II. Make me an offer! I believe its only for Grand Prixs

I figured it would fit mine because on their webiste it said doesn't fit 96/97 Bonnevilles so I assumed it would fit my 1998.

Seems like snake oil to me.
If the original alternator is working properly and the electrical connections are in good shape then the electrical system will be running to its design parameters.
Increasing the voltage risks blowing fuses or burning bulbs out early.

Has anyone done a before and after voltage measurement?.

I have. It raises it by .5-.7 volts according to my Aeroforce. My heated seats were warmer, along with my rear defrost working quicker. Windows were a tad faster as well. Nothing extremely noticeable though. I wouldn't buy one new.

I also have the Voltage Booster on my car, I dunno if it helps but does raise the voltage

I installed a voltage booster for the fuel pump.....essentially a direct power supply.....more voltage, more flow, more power.

Really?.
The engine only requires enough fuel to give an ideal air/fuel ratio, I doubt a standard fuel pump in proper working order couldn't keep up.

It depends on what mods you have done to the engine. In my case, I need the extra volt bump in pressure/flow.
I agree that with a stock engine, the stock fuel injection system running at 12 volts is just fine.
When your DIC reads 14 volts, there is only around 12 volts going to the fuel pump. The gauge of wiring the factory uses is smaller than ideal.
