We got a used Lucerne about 6 months ago ( I used my diagnostic tool to scan it and it stated it had been 42,000 miles since the CEL lighted, and the car only had 47k on it).... back in March the CEL came on and, though, I can't remember the specific code it had something to do with a low voltage on the Bank 1 O2. I replaced the #1 O2 sensor (before the Cat). Well this week the CEL went off again showing the 1134 code for the HO2 sensor transition time. I've done some Googling on this code and specific ideas on this code escape me. Therefore, I turned off the CEL and rode this week 260 miles.....then today the CEL went off again (1134). It usually always comes on immediately upon getting on the interstate and acclerating to the posted limit. Anyone have any more specifics of what to look at.....this is driving me crazy. I can't stand a CEL on.

What brand of O2 sensor did you use?

I suggest getting a new O2 sensor (Denso, AC Delco etc) that is not Bosch.

I agree... Get rid of the Bosch... Steer Clear of the Standards as well...

NTK, NGK, Denso or AC Delco should be ok..
