I had a pretty busy weekend. There were two cars and coffee shows I went to.
Saturday was the last cars and coffee at lingenfelter for this year and Sunday was the first ever one at the Automotive Hall of Fame. (If you find yourself in Dearborn, dont waste money on the hall of fame, it is actually lame.) Anyway, I took lots of pictures so instead of posting every single picture I am just linking the albums.

Two great events there!

Day one... The Hakosuka 1st gen Nissan Skyline GT-R is one heck of a find! Those are extremely rare even in Japan and very sought after and valuable. I have only even seen one myself. Stunning example of an Oldsmobile Cutlass Calais there too!

Day two... That Chevrolet Chevelle Laguna S-3 looks very familar. It looks like one that was on the UK show circuit a few years ago. Makes me wonder if it was re-imported. And I have never, ever seen an Amphicar in the metal so congrats there!

I remember the GTR from forza, so I had to have a picture of it. And there is a guy in my neighborhood with an Amphicar, but it is in pretty rough shape compared to the one at this show.

There's actually an Amphicar that runs around here, over by Lake Minnetonka (big lake in the Twin Cities area). I see it buzzing around there quite a bit.
