If something comes up I could probably make the drive out there.

If Ryan goes, I'll probably tag along, but the SSEi won't be up for a long distance haul.

Hey, guys. I was just visiting this section of the forums to post about our next Northern IL w-body meet. It's actually this coming Saturday (July 30th) at Herrick Lake in Wheaton, IL. I know a few of you have been to one of these meets before. Well be grilling out there. I'll actually be bringing everything. You just need to bring yourselves, your cars and $5 each to contribute to the cost of the food and supplies.

Details on the official info is here: http://www.w-body.com/topic/55130-north ... july-30th/
And discussion about the meet is here: http://www.w-body.com/topic/55106-whate ... ng-thread/

If you have any questions, or know you can make it for certain, please let me know ASAP so I can add you to the list of attendees. Need a fairly accurate headcount so I know how much food and supplies to bring.

I'd be down for a Chicago meet especially if Matt or Ryan goes.

I won't be able to go to the w-body meet this weekend though on short notice. These next few months I'll be pretty busy getting the GP done in time for boost season. I'd love to be able to drive it down that way though for a meet when it is finished!

Plus, some of us Chicago folk (hopefully more than just me anyway), will be coming up to Detroit in less than a month.

Oh and only the driver window works. Read post on fix but don't want to deal with wiring and need help finding where the water might be coming in

I know I'm a year late (new 'ville owner as of two days ago), but I'm about five minutes slow drive from Herrick Lake - so if a mini meet that my stock '01 SLE would be allowed to attend is ever planned (there or anywhere else in the Chicago area) I will be there schedule permitting.

I think that is it.
