I´m Magnus from Sweden and a fresh hello to all memebrs :-)

I love Pontiacs, especial from the 50s till the mid 60s.

Looking since a long time after a Bonneville 1958 for a reasonable price in Europe but with out luck.
The only one of interrest is a Laurentian in Germany, the Canadian modell with a 4.7l engine, wonder if this canadian modell is comparable with the original US 1958 Bonneville ?


Also found in the WWW this offer , does some one may know the owner of this car ?

Out of experiance, their are a lot of fake offers floating arround and I wonder if this is also one of this candidates ?

you can contact the seller and ask him to provide info - vin# and such - and you can track the car and see if its real

- he only has 1 auto for sale on the site so its probably not a business.

Hi,

I´m not that familiar with vin# checking, is their a free vin# trecking system for US cars, I can use in case I got the number ?

By using google search , I have seen information, that it is may not possible to search vin numbers who are so old.

I got in the mean time an answer from the "owner" with the info the car is craited in Washington State and he will involve a third party to arrange shipping, payment etc.,
but no detailed information who I can contact to arrange a visit , nor a address where the car is storerd for an on side check.

That sounds to me too strange and my feeling is that this is a fake offer, have no much hope that this is honest.
