Just wanted to say hi. Found this place by looking for answers to some questions. Looks like a great place to hang out and gather some info.

Thursday I purchased a 97 SE Bonneville, little less than 51,000 miles. Sweet ride for sure. It does have a few issues, so after poking around some more, I may ask a question or two.

Little about my background, I haven't really turned a wrench on a car on over 10 years, I do standard maintenance that's about it. The last one I worked on was a 71 442. Loved that car, but someone loved it more. Used the money for a down payment on our first house. I don't like all the electrical components that make them dang near impossible to work on anymore.

My present hobby is woodworking and I am also a past Mod on a woodworking board, so I will try not to break any rules

My previous favorite car was a '76 Cutlass Supreme coupe that I sold 15 years ago. I'm quickly warming up to my wife's 'brand new' 1995 SE. I thought 110k original was pretty low for her rig. Yours sounds practically new !
