Year and Trim: 2003 Pontiac Bonneville

I have a 2003 Pontiac Bonneville that gets a high idle after about 30 minutes of running I've replaced several things. IAC,TPS,MAP,MAF I've even replaced the whole throttle body it still has the high idle.Are they any suggestions.
