Year and Trim: 2002 SLE

I have a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville SLE and the frame is rusted through pretty bad close to the engine mount. Not very safe to drive anymore. Looking to buy a 2000 SLE and wondering if I can use the 02 as a parts car for the 2000. First time posting here so let me know if I need to go somewhere else. Thanks!

Most of the parts are interchangeable between 2000-2003, yes. There are some interior trim differences (placement of buttons, cup-holders, etc), but the vast majority of the mechanical stuff (especially if the engines are the same) is interchangeable between those model years.

Almost all the normal stuff transfers over between 2000-2002. I believe 2003 had some differences in the dash harness and the transmission that made them not swappable, and I'm sure there's much more.
