My girlfriend just recently inherited her dad's 1998 ssei daily. And it has a fabric (not vinyl) top on it. It was listed as an factory option on kbb. I was just wondering how rare they are because I haven't seen any pictures of others anywhere. Thanks for any info on it

It may have been added by the dealer prior to sale, but it wasn't factory option.

And doesn't make it any more valuable. Actually might make it worth less because, let's face it, no one wants one that way.

KBB lets you add stuff like that because they know people did it, not because it's necessarily an option. Just like they let you add on brush guards and tonneau covers to pickup trucks. It plays into the value some, but not much. Just remember that rare does not equal valuable, or desirable. Yugo's are rare nowdays, and for good reason...

Remember my friend Jovan that used to also be on here when he had his Bonneville. Well he is a proud Serbian jagwad... ;) I say that will all my love of course.

Anyway, over our years of friendship, he would always remind me of how great Serbian's (speaking as a Serbian man) were as;

- Lover's/womanizer's
- Fighter's
- "Prowess"
- Looks
- Intelligence

and anything else that came up in conversation. I would then remind him that his countrymen are the ones that gave us the Yugo. That usually stopped him in his tracks...
