Thanks to the rain, I haven't had much of a chance to look, but if I were to remove the rear bumper cover (on the Bonneville), where would I find all the bolts? Would I get to them through the rear wheel wells or from under the car?

There is one in each wheel well at the tip of the bumper, facing up.
Two or three inside, you will see them when you remove the side carpeting.
Four or five along the back you will see when you remove the plastic along the back of the trunk.
A few pop clips on either side then it will slide off with only an electrical connection left.

All fasteners are 10mm

Yeah, I decided to take a look at it this weekend, and pieced together how it comes off. Only problem is, I broke the bolt in the passenger side wheel well, so all it does is spin now - it has to be the last one too. Have yet to actually figure out what to do about it. So, until then, I can't actually get the bumper cover off.
