Thanks so much again guys....We figured out what we needed to do about 5 minutes after my post - and then I noticed that you guys had answered the post - so it just confirmed we were on the right track....tomorrow morning we'll start out by torquing down the UIM bolts to .89 in - hopefully we will get close to done by mid-afternoon...Sounds like that whole radiator refill procedure is a bit iffy/pita....maybe it just reads tougher than it really is..we really appreciate that you guys take the time to help 3.8 newbies like us...

keep ya posted,
Melanie ( & hubby Lee )

Just fill the engine at the thermostat opening until it comes out. Then fill the radiator once its all together. Run it with the rad cap off to bleed it

Thanks so much for your help....yeah, we just wound up replacing the o rings that were visible - didn't remove the injectors - wonder why the Dorman kit came with 24 different o rings that size? Well I know 6 of them are for the other end of injector - but what about the other 12 - maybe for different years....Anyway, thanks so much again....

Melanie
