Whats involved in replacing my current series 2 engine with a supercharged engine. In regards to the electrical and any information or anyone who has successfully done the sawp. Thanks.
1996 Bonneville 4dr SDN 3.8L to a super charged 3.8L.

Search "topswap" for info about changing just the top end over instead of swapping the whole engine. TBH, I don't know which is easier.

I vote grab a whole '97-99 L67 drivetrain, axles, pcm and wire harness. Everything would be bolt-in I think, you get the 4t65, except you would need the wire harness pass-though pinout. If the '96 PCM was in the engine bay it might not even need the wire harness adapter, that's the part I don't know.

Nothing wrong with top swapping either, but I think it's more work.
