so the best mileage I have seen with the SSEi is about 19 mpg highway, this seems low to me based on what others have gotten. Is this normal or really low?

All I have is an intake and run 91 in it otherwise still stock.

What's your driving like? Hilly? Lots of stop signs or lights? I got 21-ish running back and forth between St. Cloud MN and St Paul area, and that was almost all freeway, depending on traffic. Lots of others get 24-25+. I'd say 19 is definitely low for a "highway" number...

What maintenance have you done so far?

Ill get 14-15 in the winter, All city and short trips so my car probably spends almost as much time warming up as it does driving. But this summer on a tank i had around 60 miles of city, a little bit of more spirited driving and the rest freeway and got 27. But then again im NA

With 250,000 miles on the 03 SSEi it normally hits 22 - 23 MPG average with roughly 70/30 split highway / city. On a long trip we bit about 27 MPG.

While it was in the LeSabre, P&P with intake and a more restrictive '86 exhaust system before headers, it got 24-25 in 30f/70c mix. The LeSabre was a lot lighter though.

Well the roads i take to school are 60 and a bit hilly with only a little bit of city. I did take this to lake of the ozarks a couple months ago though and got 22 going about 80 the whole way there, i ever reset the mpg average on the dic.

I have changed plugs, wires, oil, and done LIM gaskets.
