If you want the wheel off the column, you'll need a puller since it's off the car. If it was in the car you wouldn't need a puller, lol.

I know this is redundant, but pull the fuse and then the battery cables. You really don't want that thing going off during removal.

Yeah definitely gotta drain the electrical system if the car has been used. Don't know if you are pulling if a jy car or an actual one. That airbag would bust your face or fingers if it goes off.

Whole steering column is out of car just sitting in my room . I cant really sell anything till i break it down .

Hard to find some one that needs a complete steering column with everything , that's gonna pay a decent price for it all ?

any takers before i do break it down .

its in great shape , the stereo button are in good shape and the steering wheel in general .

a side question ?

is it best to sell the driver and passenger front airbags with the module ?

will say one of my airbags work on a car that already poped a airbag ? is the module like have to match the airbags ?

what about like jamming the steering shaft with like a crow bar so the column cant spin , and try to remove the wheel this way .

Will this work ? I just never took a steering wheel off yet .

You are pulling the wheel off the splined shaft, perpendicular to it. It's a virtual press-fit. You can "rent" the puller for free at any parts store.

Any Bonneville Air bag will work in any bonneville, no programming needed. The airbag is just a simple circuit. You can set one off with a 9V battery if you want to...
