Here's what I can tell...

AAA - equipment standard - Means your car is equipped with equipment standard amongst all Bonnevilles I believe
AG1 - 6 way power drivers seat, split bench - Means your front armrest can be lifted to make a bench seat that can seat three people across...but the passenger's and driver's side can move individually, hence the "split"
AK5 - restraint system,front seat inflatable, driver & passenger - Means you have dual airbags
AP9 - net convenience - Trunk net, for storing stuff
AS7 - seat front split - I believe it is related to the split bench above...
A90 - lock control, RR compartment lid, electric release - Not sure...that must be a Pontiac thing because I've never seen it
MX0 - trans, merchandised, overdrive - Not sure what "merchandised" means
ORN - orion plant - Means your car was manufactured at the Orion plant
R7N - P.C.N. - Don't know
R9D - control sales item #79 - Again, don't know a whole lot about Pontiac options
UV5 - service reminder - Don't know
1SC - package, option 03 - 1SC was the next to highest trim level I believe, 1SD is the next one up. Don't know anything about Pontiac option packages.
94W - See below
93E - See below
93I - I'm pretty sure these and the above two are your interior/exterior/trim color options...
BC/CC - Don't know
