Installed rear struts today. First one took about 45 min. Second one took about 20 min.

I love my air tools :beerchug:

No wonder the car felt weird driving down a rough road. 200,000 km on the original struts.

I'm going to watch the wear on the tires, if it looks like it's wearing too bad, I'll bite the bullet and buy front struts up here at twice the price, replace them and have an alignment done asap. Otherwise fronts go on and alignment done in Oregon in July.

End link bushings go on the front tomorrow tomorrow, and the rear as soon as my heavier rear sway bar and springs show up.

That heavier rear bar might upset your balance.

Hold off on those front struts if you can! Air tools here too, no sales tax, and cheaper prices. We can pre-order anything you want.

I plan on holding off on the fronts as long as I didn't mess up too bad with the camber on the rear.
I have heavier front springs coming too. :)

As for balance, you gotta remember we are old, and drive that way. The old springs and sway bar just don't make for a comfortable ride. Although a lot of that may be the worn out struts and end links.
