How much oil does the M90 require for a coupler change? I am doing some lower intake gaskets on a friends Regal GS and we picked up the INTENSE coupler change kit. It came with 8 ounces of INTENSE supercharger oil.

I just wanted to make sure that it is enough.

That's all :)

Got it. It took about 7 1/2 oz.

Not bad time either! about 6 hours for a LIM gasket change and coupler change in the S/C :) I don't think that is to bad for only being the second one I have ever done and the first supercharger I have ever worked on :beerchug:

Good work. Isn't working on a Regal a biotch compared to the Bonnevilles? I hate working on our GS. The engine bay is beyond cramped.

Did you change the valve cover gaskets too? There was a recall on them...but you can do it yourself and get reimbursed (I did).

I don't find it to be much different. Belt tensioning is a little more restricted, not having a TA mount is a nice trade off. Valve cover was negligable, slide the icm bracket toward the battery or move the ICM bracket on the bonne entirely. Only thing I see that will be a pain is the oil pan gasket. That is a known hardship on the W's.

I actually didn't find it to be any different then our '03 SSEi other then the belt tensioning. That wasn't fun at all. I told him to take the car to a dealer first for the valve cover gasket recall:P
