first of all i would like to say i dont have photo shop so i hade to use the crude virsion which is paint ...anyways what i would like to know is
what is part 1
what is part 2
how do part one and 2 work?

Part one is a 4-phase fulcrum analyzer.
Part two is a 2-phase variable turbothruster.

They work together to control the depletion rate of the dilithum crystals in the main reactor chamber by synchronizing the permanent magnetic field with the ozone enhancement layer.

Thank you for adding the picture. Moving to the proper section (this isn't a performance-enhancing or brainstorming topic, but rather a question about parts on your engine).

Part 1 is your PCV valve.

Part 2 is your boost control actuator. It does what the boost control solenoid (mounted below it with an electrical connector and vacuum line to the BCS) tells it to. It either allows or prevents boost by actuating the bypass under your supercharger.
