Okay. So this is kind of an update on a post a did a couple years ago. So i found and fixed the leaks. Also re-soldered and jacketed the faulty wires. At least the ones under the driver seat. Others in the floor were inspected and found fine (one other junction i actually re-did as well, though). I've got my three windows back. Had the drivers window back for awhile. But now its back to being possessed again. It drops at random times, raises only a few centimeters at a time, and sometimes still goes down while the switch is pushed up. WTF!? I also still don't have any of the memory settings or the PWL/PDL. But all the other switches in their respective doors work, and the drivers' switches can control those windows. And i have control of the mirrors. So this is wiring still? Or a module?

Augh! It's like i am destined to never have a car again with a working driver window - unless i go back to manual. Two cars i've owned in a row with a driver window problem, and i've had those two for like 17 years! AUGH!!!!

You most likely need a new window regulator.

I have a 2001 Bonneville that only the drivers door rear view mirror and power unlock are the only things that work from the drivers door. Nothing works at all at the other 3 doors. And thats after I changed the power window switch on the drivers door. And yes it is a brand new switch. Please help if you can I'm totally lost.

Welcome to the forum!
Speedy33, the issue you're having is a very common one.
The very first thing to test is fuse #7 in the Under Seat fuse box.
It would be good to also check fuses #18 & #25 also in the place.
Most often, the trouble lies outside the door itself.
The 2000-2005 section of the forum has the complete answer you need (and plenty of other valuable info)
Scroll down to Passenger front and both rear door windows & locks don’t work on the linked page
2000-2005-other-than-gxp/topic25362.html
Be sure to click the links in that section for a step by step with pictures.

If this isn't the issue, make a new post and people here will jump in to help.
Piggybacking into someone else's post often results in your question being missed

Thank you MK Mike check fuses 7 18 and 25 and they are all good. Thank you again for your help. I will just have to keep investigating the issue.
