Finally had one of the factory fog lights (passenger side) burn out in my 98 SSE. Looking to replace with OE type light. Is there a direct replacement for this bulb (ie plug and play)?

Can't find any info on a part number. I would imagine that best to change out both at the same time. Thanks for any info on part numbers or suggested source to purchase.

Is the fog light Just the bulb, like in the headlights, or is the whole "lamp"? Looks like rock auto says an 880 bulb??

It's an 880 bulb. Alternatively, there are aftermarket projector/halo assemblies on eBay somewhere if I remember correctly.

hi, yes, 880 bulb, but be sure to check if it has the end coated with material....black or other colour so the heat don't melt and distort the plastic lens ...... this is what happened to my 2000 - wrong bulb!!
