Check if the fuses are all seated properly.

If no lights at all on the switch its probably a bad seat module.

Would that affect the climate control?

Sorry I missed the part about the climate control also being bad. It sounds like two unrelated problems as their wiring comes from two different areas. I'd start by removing the climate control and see if the wiring is damaged.

The only two fuse boxes are under the hood and the rear seat cushion. You could try and switch some fuses around. I had a similar issue and had to bend the prongs of the fuse to make it contact better. However, my radio also didn't work along with the CC and seats.

The Climate Control Module is controlled by the data link to the Instrument panel module. The heated seats have modules under them and are controlled by data links to the rear integration module. Hard to day what the problem is. You should check all your grounds in the passenger compartment, under the seats, front and back and in the front cowls behind the trim panel. If no luck there, then you may have to start swapping out the climate control, IPM, RIM or heated seat modules with good ones. Or find someone with a Tech II scanner to run the diagnostics.
